We build your cover in Riverside and bring it to you on our own truck. From San Diego to Fresno that delivery is included in the price — no freight charge, no liftgate fee, no line item on the invoice. Northern California and six more states run on the published rate below, and every one of those rates already includes delivery to a house.
No freight terminals, no forklifts, no four sets of hands between our floor and your spa. That is why our covers arrive square, clean and uncrushed.

Rates in Zones 02 through 07 assume your address is within reach of the roads we already drive. A short list of places sits far enough off them that we price the trip separately — all of it is spelled out below, and you will always have the number before you order.
Zone 01
Delivery is included — one cover or twenty, house or storefront. No stop fee, no minimum order, no residential surcharge anywhere in Zone 01.
Delivered to the spa
Every price on this page includes residential delivery. One cover to a house is what we do all day — it is not a surcharge. We carry it to the spa, not to the curb.
Dealers & installers
Five or more covers to one address: deduct $45 per cover. Five covers at one stop cost us one stop, and you keep the difference.
When we roll
Each route runs on a full truck. When you order we give you a delivery window, then confirm the date once the run is scheduled.

Exclusions & fine print
The zone rate is what we charge when your address sits on or near a road we are already driving. Some places do not. A single cover to Ely, Nevada is a 480-mile round-trip detour and an extra night on the road — that trip costs us about $1,200 no matter how many covers are on the truck, and no zone rate covers it.
So for those addresses we quote the delivery separately, based on the real distance off our route. You get that number in writing before you place the order, never after. We do not add surcharges to an order you have already confirmed, and we do not change a price once it is quoted.
We deliver to every address listed below — the trip is just long enough that it needs its own number. Catalina sits inside the free Zone 01 range but is reached only by ferry, so it is quoted separately.

Roads a 24-foot trailer cannot use
We drive a one-ton truck pulling a 24-foot enclosed trailer, about 45 feet nose to tail. If the last stretch is too narrow, too steep, unpaved, weight-limited or has no room to turn around, we deliver to the nearest safe point and carry from there. Tell us up front if you are unsure — we would rather plan it than surprise you both.
Winter in the mountains
Between November and April, chain controls and closures on the Siskiyous, Donner, Snoqualmie and the Colorado passes can push a run by days. We will tell you before you order if your delivery falls in a window that is likely to be affected.
Addresses we cannot deliver to
PO boxes, private mailbox stores and mail-forwarding addresses. A spa cover needs a physical address with a person or an agreed spot to leave it.
Outside the seven states
Our trucks run California, Oregon, Washington, Nevada, Arizona, Utah and Colorado. Everywhere else in the country still ships by freight, quoted with your cover. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or outside the United States.
- Your quote is the price. Delivery is quoted in writing with your cover and does not change afterward. If something about the address means the zone rate does not apply, you will know before you pay, not on the invoice.
- Quotes hold for 30 days. Fuel and route costs move, so rates on this page are reviewed periodically. A quote you have already been given is honored for 30 days regardless.
- We give you a window, then a date. Each zone runs on a full truck. You get a delivery window when you order and a confirmed date once the run is scheduled. We do not sell guaranteed dates, because on a route like this we would not be able to keep them.
- Someone should be there. Or tell us where to leave it — a side yard, a covered porch, behind a gate. If nobody is home and we have no instructions, we take the cover with us and redelivery is charged at the zone rate.
- We bring it to the spa where we can. Ground level, reachable on foot, no stairs beyond a normal step or two. Rooftop decks, second stories and anything needing a lift or extra hands are arranged in advance.
- Zones are set by zip code. If yours falls near the edge of a range, or you do not see it listed, call us — we will confirm your zone and price before you order.
- Rates are per cover, not per shipment. Additional covers to the same address on the same run are charged at the same zone rate with no extra stop charge.
- Damage in transit is ours to sort out. Your cover travels on our truck, handled by our own people. If something goes wrong on the way, you call us and we make it right — there is no freight claim to file and no carrier to wait on. That is the whole reason we stopped using them.
No residential surcharge, anywhere. Home delivery is built into every price on this page. Trade orders of five or more covers to one address take $45 off each cover.
